Monitor capacity. That is the only meter. Pick the number of monitors you need and everything else on the plan is included: projects, team members and notification recipients are never billed and never gate an upgrade.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and changes apply immediately with prorated charges. You're never locked into a plan.
Every 5 minutes on Free and every minute on Pro and Scale. One minute is the shortest interval we offer on any plan.
You can't create more monitors than your plan includes, but the ones you have keep running and nothing is charged automatically. Remove a monitor or move to a larger plan to add more.
Yearly plans are billed once a year and cost less than paying month to month. Pro is $108 a year, which works out to $9 a month instead of $12 - a saving of 25%. Scale is $468 a year, or $39 a month instead of $49 - a saving of 20%. You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time.
By email, Slack, Telegram, Pushover, or webhook - on every plan including Free. You can mix and match channels per monitor. Webhooks let you route incidents into whatever tooling you already run. We do not offer SMS or phone-call alerts.
No. Pro and Scale include team members and projects at no additional cost, with no per-seat charges. A fair-use ceiling of 100 team members and 100 projects per organization applies on every plan. The Free plan is for the account owner alone.
500 monitors is the largest self-serve plan. If you need more, contact us and we'll work out an arrangement individually rather than pushing you into a plan that doesn't fit.
Yes. We offer a 10-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within 10 days of your first payment for a paid plan (monthly or annual), we'll refund that payment in full. Email [email protected] from the address on your account. Renewal payments aren't covered, but you can cancel any time.
